| Finding out if you need Adobe Acrobat Reader |

One of two things will happen when you click on the Newsletter Link:
A - Acrobat Reader will start, you will see the newsletter and you are all set
(or)
B - A box will pop-up with the options "Open" and "Save" or "Run" and "Save" (the options may vary depending on your Operating System and Internet Browser, but basically these will be the options). If this happens, then you do not have Adobe Reader installed. Close the pop-up box and see below.

Go to the Acrobat website by clicking  |

Choose your Operating System. If you are unsure of what platform to choose, select the "Windows 98" option if you have a computer older than about 4 years) or select "Windows 2000/XP" for newer computers. Your Operating System is displayed each time you start or restart your computer. You may want restart your computer to positively identify your Operating System.

Click on the download button. A box will pop-up with the options "Open" and "Save" or "Run" and "Save "(the options may be different depending on your operating system and internet browser, but basically these will be the options), choose the "Open" option. The program will be downloaded to your computer and will run automatically. Follow the installation instructions, and when you are done re-click the MCOA Newsletter link above and you should able to view the newsletter.
